There's Something About: The End of Spring

Or is it? Recently, the spring t-ball and softball seasons ended. We are very sad that we aren't so busy anymore. Not really.

There was an Allstar Day for the t-ball kids where they competed on how fast they could run the bases, how far they could hit the baseball off the tee, and how far they could throw the baseball. Each team got medals at the end of the competition. The boys had a blast!

Tink is in an older division of softball and they get to participate in an Allstar game, which was rained out and has been re-scheduled for the end of summer. The softball picnic was also rained out, but hopefully, that will be happening this weekend. We went to trophy night the other day and each player received a softball trophy. The coaches also had to pick 2 players to receive Coach's Awards and Tink was one of the recipients. She was so excited!

So, just as I thought there would be a reprieve for a few weeks, summer t-ball started and so has cheerleading practice.

It's never-ending, I tell ya! But like I always say, I'd rather be busy than bored.
